Odometer Roll

A row of mechanical digit wheels rolls from the old number to the new one while a tape measure slides along and fills in the distance covered. When it locks, the old number gets struck through and a change stamp lands. An opener for any “A became B” story: benchmark scores, prices, user counts, gains and drops.
