Layer Swap

A stack of 2–5 layers drops in one by one: unchanged layers get a small “same” badge, the swapped layer strikes out its old part, slides it away as gray text and pushes the new one in as a solid accent block. Ends with a one-line takeaway and a “1 of 3 swapped” count. For “what changed and what didn’t”.
